Karla Hill-Donisch started Hill & Company more than 20 years ago to help organizations strengthen skills, capacity and relationships that contribute to high-performing, harmonious environments and remarkable results.
Karla has been a change agent and a personal growth advocate her whole life. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Development, is certified by the Institute for Cultural Affairs as a ToP Facilitator and Trainer, and is an Insights Discovery practitioner. Using these tried-and-true methods, Karla guides individuals, teams and organizations to unleash their full potential.
She conducts needs assessments, strategic planning sessions, team-building retreats, organizational change initiatives, group consensus building, community decision-making and more.
Karla also designs and delivers training and development programs to meet the specific needs of each client. Her trainings are experiential, meaning they energize, educate and motivate participants to put learning into action.
